I will be 4 weeks pregant tommrow I have 2 cats and 4 dogs my babies stay outside in a fenced in area but the neighbors have two big German Shepards that they do not feed or take care of and they keep getting into the fence and eating the food I don't want to stress out about my dogs getting out and these getting in I'm trying to keep this baby and the male German Shepard killed my other cat I'm just like I don't know what to do sorry so long just curious 
The original owner of the dogs killed himself a few months ago and since then they have been let out of there fence and left to run wild I think they are cute but the male dog scares me I don't want to cause trouble I just wish they'd take care of their dogs instead of cars and drugs

Call animal control on them if they're not taking care of their dogs. Or one of you needs to put up a better fence. It's not the dogs fault
