My boobs are rocks

Yall! Please tell me im not alone.

This is my 3 pregnancy. Its been 7 years sinse i was pregnant last, but i do not remember my boobs being this sore. It literally feels like every milk duct i have is clogged(big rock hard lumps in my boobs) they are killing me.

I know after baby you can use heat and express milk for lumps to go away but what help this pain??? Im inly 8 weeks, no milk, so whats the deal?? (Fyi i am normally a very small B cup)
