Totally normal and totally weird. Also no idea what it is.. seems no one does for sure. Haha. There are so many different theories. I've had it with both pregnancies though.

Totally normal, I used to hear my baby’s bones cracking toward end of pregnancy. Such a weird feeling and hearing it echo throughout your body!

Mine does too! I kept thinking I was crazy. I can’t tell what is causing it since my water hasn’t broken.

Yes I hear it constantly and have been told a few different theories - amniotic fluid popping, baby’s joints popping, mothers ligaments popping... I think the fluid sounds most likely for me as it is too frequent I think to be the baby’s joints.  It’s such a strange thing

It's their joints. I had an anterior placenta the last two pregnancies and didn't hear it, so I was surprised this time to have all the popping!
