I’m 16 weeks and have very very mild cramps on and off - I think it’s everything moving and growing?! It’s annoying because it makes me worry!

Don’t really have cramps just can’t sneeze without being in the fetal position or it feels like my uterus is trying to detach, also have to be careful when stretching my legs out since I sleep curled up because the pulling around my pelvic area is PAINFUL.
