Back pain:/

Last night i was at L&d because I was having more about 6 contractions in an hour. Pretty u confortable. I am 33w and i was not dialated, which was good i guess, so i got sent home to rest. No shot to stop them or anything. I wasnt dehydrated either. So now, i am still having the contractions (not painful just uncomfortable tightening) but With lower back pain now.  What should I do? Nurse told me to go in if water broke, had a bloody show, couldn't talk through my contractions, all that good stuff. Idk what to do.
