The app says my chances on ovulation day is only 22% is there a way increase this??? I’m new to the app

Nope. Pregnancy is always going to be a low % because there's no way to know exactly when you ovulate. Even if you do things perfectly, there's only a 1 in 5 that the egg fertilized. From there, your body still has to accept the egg, which isn't guaranteed. Your body wants the best embryo possible, so it's constantly checking for errors even after it implants. It's something like 1 in 4 are flushed from your body before you even test positive.

The app is only a guess. Use ovulation tests to have sex at the right time.

The more you use the app, the more accurate it is! Typically BD the day before and the day of ovulation is the best.
