Ulcers before period?
Does anybody else get mouth ulcers before their period? I always get one about a week before my period and they hurt so bad. I usually have to resort to gum numbing gel because it can get so hard to eat with one.
I’m 18 and this has been happening since I was about 13. (Started my period when I was 12)
