I got my belly button pierced five days ago and the bar was long enough to see a good bit of it hanging out of the bottom and I’ve been cleaning it with sea salt like I was told but now suddenly on day five I can’t see any of the bar. It’s not really red. Is this bad ?

Edit: it is still sore from getting it pierced but that’s the only pain I have should I still worry about infection ?
