Where to go ?

Hello girls I haven’t had my period since June but I have been having red spotting every time I wipe off since August it’s like one day I wipe off and is light red then it stops for weeks then I have it again I want to go to the doctor to check that out but I am not sure where do I need to go is it my regular doctor or a  gynecologist can anyone help me please

Go to a gyno. I had this happen too. I went 10 months without a period and when it finally came it didn't stop for 3 weeks. So i made an appt and I was sent foe multiple tests and the transvaginal ultrasound showed I had PCOS. It's hard to ovulate with PCOS and when you don't ovulate you don't get a period. My uterine lining continues to grow even though I didn't have a period. My Dr was mad I had gone that long without a period. She never do that again. When you don't have a period to get rid of the lining buildup it just keeps building and that creates a breeding ground for uterine cancer. So please go get checked asap. 💜

Sounds like your hormones are out of balance, this is pretty common to happen when that occurs. When it happened to me, they put me on BC for 5 days, to stabilize my hormones. No more problems after that!
