Is it even possible?

Okay so there’s a girl I have a class with (I’m a senior in high school) and she’s pregnant and is convinced she’s showing at two weeks. I told her I don’t think you can start showing at two weeks but you do you. Well now one of her friends who lives with her just had sex last week, thinks she’s pregnant because apparently there’s pain and morning sickness and also thinks she’s showing BEFORE IT CAN EVEN SHOW UP ON A pregnancy test. 99.9999% sure that’s impossible. High school girls can be so dumb 😒 but I’m just sitting back and letting them think what they want and I’m keeping my mouth shut. I personally think the only reason the second girl is saying this is because the first girl is pregnant.
