Cradle cap? Treatment suggestions?

FTM. Is this cradle cap? I've been putting baby lotion on it. When we bathe her we use a wash cloth and scrub gently with baby shampoo.... I know it's common and no cause for concern but just wondering if I should be doing anything different. Does it need to dry out? It's only in the front too...
Please share advice and experiences, TIA!

She is cute! When my daughter had it we used a soft baby hair brush and brushed in a swirling motion while she was in the bath, after we applied coconut oil. It seemed to do the trick

Yes that's cradle cap.
Most times it just resolves on it's own. 
However if you want to help it along:
Rub coconut oil on and let sit for 15 minutes.
Shampoo and use a comb to gently lift the flakes.
Rinse thoroughly and repeat over a few days.
This completely got rid of my LOs cradle cap after 3 days of doing it.
They also make a special cradle cap brush/comb on Amazon you can buy to help. I just used his fine tooth comb we got from the hospital.

Use jojoba oil. Apply to scalp, massage in. Let sit  approx 30min. Wash with baby shampoo. When I apply the soap, I use a soft baby brush to massage the scalp in circular motion, then rinse.

I know it’s odd, but our pediatrician told us to put lotromin on our little guys! It went away in like 3 days. 🤗

My son had it really bad and the only thing hat worked was a little bit of head and shoulders. Only had to do it twice and it was gone.

I used the Mustela cream for cradle cap and worked amazing! Only had to use it 3 times. It smells awful though...

It'll resolve on it's own. There's so many weird newborn things they grow out of. This is one of them. Just keep them clean. Your doc can prescribe a cream to help.

I would brush my sons hair out, apply Vaseline, put him in a hat and wash it out the next day. Worked for me.

Try baby oil. Put it on wait a few minutes and then take a fine baby comb and comb through her hair. Did it with my son once a week and it was gone in a couple weeks. Don’t comb hard. Just gentle. But the baby oil will loosen it up so comb can take it out. My MIL actually told me about this as she did with hers when they were little.
