Best prenatal vitamins?

I just found out I’m pregnant, and curious about which vitamins are best. They they gummies and pills! Ones that don’t make you too nauseous? Thanks!

I take garden of life raw prenatal because i like what’s in them. I do have to tell you that taking these prenatals makes me gag every night and during my morning sickness days i would literally cry when it was time to take them haha. I would just recommend going for something with folate instead of folic acid.

I take these and I love them! They're always buy one get one free at the store, and they aren't too expensive to begin with. They do smell awful, and if you take them before eating, or too late after eating, they give you pretty bad nausea, but you only have to take one a day, and it has everything you need. I especially like that they have folate instead of folic acid, since I have trouble absorbing folic acid.

Gummies aren’t the best quality. I was told by a pharmacist that hardly any of the nutrients get absorbed with them. My midwife recommended garden of life or a cheaper option she said is rainbow light. (That’s the one I use)

I take One A Day prenatals along with DHA/EPA liquid gels

I take Sisu multiexpecting. It’s a capsule, so no bad flavor, and it’s vegetarian —if that’s important to you at all. 
I take a separate DHA supplement as an oil. 
I also recommend taking an iron supplement, even though prenatals have it in them. Many women get anemic (or close to it) during pregnancy. The loss of iron can make you exhausted and sick.

I LOVE THE GUMMIES!!! They taste sooo good. I got mine from Wegmans, but any brand will do. The others taste horrible and would definitely make me nauseated if I was pregnant.

Just make sure whatever you take has folic acid in it, and I personally would take one with iron and DHA. Brand is unimportant.

Look for a food-based prenatal because they’re easier for your body to absorb and they can be taken on an empty stomach, although it’s always best to take them right before bed if you’re worried about nausea. Rainbow Light, Garden of Life, Megafood (Baby and Me 2), and Newchapter are all good brands that you can trust for pure ingredients. I take the Megafood one and I take an additional fish oil capsule from another brand I trust (Noway Direkt) for DHA since it’s not included in my prenatal. Folate is the most important ingredient to take and it’s much easier for your body to absorb than folic acid, so if you can’t take one of the brands I listed, make sure you find another prenatal with 600-800mg folate (sometimes listed as b-methylfolate or 5-MTHF).
