Low progesterone Advice

I just got put on Crinone 8% daily since I was at 505 hcg and 13.1 progesterone at 4 weeks 3 days then at my 6 week blood work (after I noticed a tiny bit of spotting) I had 31,952 HCG and my progesterone dropped to 7.4. I’m especially concerned because I miscarried this past July and thought it was from low progesterone although that not certain. Anyone have similar experiences?
