Did you have your little one vaccinated at 2 months?

I just got home from having my little man vaccinated and was searching expected side effects and so many death stories came up I’m freaking out and don’t know how I’m going to sleep at all, I feel like I’ll have to watch him all night and not blink for the next two weeks. I’m just sitting here in tears I feel so bad and scared. I guess what I’m asking is, how long was your little one lethargic for and did you have any other side effects? Am I overreacting or why did so many horrible stories come up 😭 sorry for the long post.
