29 weeks, Gestational Diabetes Dilemma
Hey ladies,
I recently changed providers and they are asking me to check my sugars (4x a day) 1 hr after each meal. Before I was testing 2hrs after meals and obviously was getting better readings.
How did you ladies improve your sugars? I really don’t want to become insulin dependent :(
Also any tips on best bedtime snacks to keep sugars @ bay for the fasting readings?
