Water! So much water.
So i downloaded this app to help me get enough water and i swear I've never drank so much in my life.
Two reasons for doing this. 1. Because I was feeling actually dehydrated a lot and just really crappy. 2. Trying to maintain weight gain through this pregnancy.
So into this app i put my details
1. Weight 113kg
2. Weather
3. Activity
4. Adjustment for pregnancy extra 10%
The result 5140ml a day!!
Got to that goal yesterday and doing well today and surprisingly, besides peeing so much more, I actually feel like my body is more relaxed. I'm not as bloated, I'm not getting as bad restless leg syndrome, and I don't feel as blah.
See how it goes after a few days and weeks.
