Confused

So I had a miscarriage on 09/11, my blood tests from my doctor came back negative on 09/21. I haven’t had a period yet, but my husband and I had unprotected sex. I tested on Saturday and it was positive, tested again on Monday and it was positive, tested again today three times the first was a faint positive but the second two were negative( different brand).... No bleeding. Did I lose another pregnancy? Chemical pregnancy? Was it just residual hormones from the miscarriage? Is there a chance I still might be pregnant 😕 I’m calling my doctor tomorrow but if anyone has had a similar experience please let me know.
