Am I over reacting?

Bit long but would love some feedback ...

38+3 days pregnant.

Last Thursday I had fishes of water, 3 times

Over 24 hours called my midwife unit and went in. She said it wasn’t my waters but my babies heartbeat was irregular, sent me for a scan and said everything looks fine. But they will check my cervix and do a sweep if possible (it wasn’t). Said normally they recommend induction but no point.

Friday I start bleeding, light pink mixed with my discharge. I leave it for half hour. It goes.

Saturday until today I have been spotting/having light pink discharge. I rang the hospital she said no need to worry.

I am worrying! Why all of a sudden would I just get pink/bloody discharge!?

Going to my actual midwife today and going to ask can I be induced in the next week as I am unhappy. Am I over reacting!?
