Baby is 3 weeks old - has this rash on forehead...no where else. What is it?

Baby acne. But it might be a good idea to wash baby’s lids with sterile wipes, looks like puss or the beginning of an eye infection.

My daughter started getting really bad baby acne until i started washing her face with soap in the bath. Of course you dont want to get it in their eyes but you can rub it on his face and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off. I use The Honest Company shampoo/body wash for my baby. It works really well.

My son has the same. The pediatrician said it’s normal and just baby acne!
