witch taking over or growing on my body

I had a dream of a witch growing on my body. her eyes and tongue were sticking out, it looked like she was looking out a window on my thigh. she is scary and evil. this is the second time I have had this dream, first time it was just her tongue growing on me but she was still able to talk.
