Hey all! So I just stopped taking my birth control in September and this is technically my first month off of it in 3 years and currently ttc. I’ve never had any PMS symptoms prior to or while on the pill, but right after coming off I have had mad cramps every day, dizzy spells, the whole nine yards. I’ve tested negative on DPOs 8-12 but all the sudden have had to pee like crazy on 12 and 13 dpo. I also think my af is late but since this is my first cycle after bc I have no idea. Anyone having similar symptoms as me?? Is it just because I’ve been on bc for a while that my hormones are going crazy?
