Okay so I'm wondering when I can go swimming? My parents got a new pool in and it's killing me not being about to get in! I haven't went swimming all summer and I'm just wondering on when I can or when anyone did after a c-section? I've took baths so I don't think it would hurt (the pool is salt water btw) and when did you start exercising after a c-section? Ready to get this weight off! Lol. All answers are greatly appreciated! ☺️
