Trying to cut back on soda and sugary drinks, just curious how often others drink it.

My husband and I share one glass at dinner time. That's it.

I drink gingerale all day. Im pregnant and its the only caffeine free soda i like day after day. Before pregnancy i didnt really drink much pop at all. Once every few weeks maybe. I blame the baby. 💁😂

I used to drink it all the time in high school, but now I just drink water, coffee and tea and I feel so much better. Originally I stopped drinking it because I was getting cavities.
