Shit my freshman year first semester I didn’t even get a 1.0 I think it was like .68 or something. Could be much worse! Don’t beat yourself up

It’s alright I guess , it really depends what college you’re going to. My college requirement is at least 3.8 GPA

If you are in high school, try harder but You can still go to college with any GPA over 2.5 and find scholarships also. 
I am a current graduate (MBA) student and while finishing my   undergrad in Chemical Engineering, any student with above a 2.5 is good which is a B! 
You can still get internships and a job after graduation with that gpa! 
Just continue to work hard and you will do great!
