Pregnant now bleeding with cramps!!! HELP

((sorry for the graphic picture!!!))Possibly about 2-3 weeks pregnant.....have always had a little brown discharge and started having period like cramps and bleeding.... help!!??! I did contact Obgyn already- another hcg quantitive test next week. Has anyone had this and successful pregnancy?????
