Clogged duct help
Hi ladies.... please help a sister out. My 5 day old is a nursing rock star but my right boob is rock hard in two places, hurting like hell, and I’m starting to feel yucky.... I’ve tried, heating pad then nursing, always starting her on the right side, pumping, hot shower, massage, self express I’ve even looked for a milk bleb or blister I could pop but nothing is giving relief... any one have success with any other methods?
