Fingering dried sperm and pregnancy scare

My bf came in my waist area after a handjob without the penis penetrating my vagina. We cleaned it up and washed our hands with soap. He then began fingering me with his finger slightly penetrating into my vagina. Just minutes after this fingering as i got up, i got my period which was due anyways. Is there a possibility of pregnancy here? Should i be taking the morning after pill? Please help.
