Tethers for philips soothies pacifiers?

My daughter likes the Phillips soothies pacifiers (the green ones). We have tried others without much success but she often lets the pacifier fall out of her mouth. 
Any ideas on tethers that will work for it? Without a ring or hole, I’m not sure what will work.

We used this kind and put the string part through the tiny holes on the pacifier

Have you tried a wubbanub? It’s the soothie pacifier attached to a little stuffed Animal. It gives it a little weight.  When baby was little I would tuck the animal under his blanekt or something to keep it in place and as they get bigger they can hold it themselves. There are also tethers that clip on I think.

I used to put those pacis in the freezer so that when my son's sucked on them it helped their gums
