I'm on month 6 ttc.

I recently had my period (as shown below). It was a 10 day period. And I'm still spotting. Also, I haven't even ovulated yet. My question is, I'm feeling nauseated, and dizzy, and an increase in going to the restroom. I haven't tested because I'm scared to. I'll test next week if these symptoms don't stop. But could I get pregnant even though I haven't ovulated yet?
