Having a tough time

I don’t know if my LO is going through a second growth spurt at 7 weeks, but this is getting so hard. He’s wanting to be on the boob every 45 minutes to an hour, and I can’t put him down in between without him screaming :( I’m so frustrated and exhausted. I don’t know what to do. He went through a growth spurt at 3 weeks and it wasn’t nearly as demanding as this..: is this normal ??
