Spotting a seeker after AF?

B • 30yrs old. 1 past miscarriage at 9weeks, one 3yr old toddler, currently pregnant hopefully with baby #2
I had a mc June 26, got my AF a month later, now a week after AF has ended I start spotting again? I took an ovulation test and am not ovulating, what could this be?
