Just went to a class on this. And it’s baby acne caused by the last of the mothers hormones in baby. It will go away on its own

Just wipe the baby’s face with warm water and a cotton bud every time u change the diaper and it would go away. My kid had them too and that’s what I did 🤗

Could be baby acne... Or..what they call asthma spots... Don't worry I think it's just a nickname or common name.. my son does not have asthma or anything for that matter but he had them when he was little on the side of his face and on the back of his arms and on his shoulders... But they are gone now...
