All of the colostrum....

I'm almost 33 weeks. My boobs have been leaking for about 6 weeks. Just today they started leaking more. I put my boob over a glass for ten minutes and this is what I got using only gravity.

I'm wondering if it would be worth hand pumping and saving. The doctor says that, even though it can give light contractions, it wouldn't bring on labor especially if I hand expressed or hand pumped. Thoughts? Please be nice, I'm a first time mom.
