Progress Pics (for accountability)
Three months into getting my body healthy again! I’ve only been doing gym time, but will now start to work on my diet. Down 6 pounds, 4 inches in my hips and waist, 4% body fat, and my resting heart rate went from 66 BPM to 51 BPM.
Not crazy progress but I feel happier and healthier and that’s what matters.
