When to announce Rainbow Pregnancy

I miscarried at 16 weeks back in May. We have held off on actively trying again but I guess God has other plans for us. ❤️ I took these test yesterday morning (the day after my missed period). So, how long did you wait to announce when you got pregnant again and what are the pros/cons?? I usually wait til 10-12 weeks but I kind of don’t want to this time.😬

I think whenever your ready, whenever your comfortable letting everyone know.  But you honestly don't HAVE to announce it you can wait until your about to pop if you want, it's all up to you that's your business 🤷🏽‍♀️ CONGRATULATIONS though, I hope you have a Healthy happy pregnancy 🤞🏽❤️

With our rainbow baby we announced at 13 weeks :) but announce whenever you want! We did tell our immediate family and some close friends before announcing at 13 weeks on social media.

With our rainbow I told my sister immediately after getting the positive result. I told a few coworkers that week as well. Had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and heard heartbeat - we called parents at that point and then announced on Facebook. I know it was very early, but we lost our twins at 20 weeks, so I knew that waiting till 2nd trimester didn’t mean safety, and I also know that even though it was hard to announce the loss on Facebook the amount of love and support we received was a huge part of coping with the grief. I wanted to celebrate our rainbow for whatever amount of time she was here, and I needed that support network if the worst happened again. Also I’m a bad secret keeper and am wimpy when I don’t feel good, so hard to hide first trimester morning sickness.

Those lines are super dark!! I'm 27 weeks pregnant right now for the first time and its amazing what our bodies can do! For me I had bad morning sickness so I hope you don't get it bad! I'm sorry to hear what happened last time prayers for you and your family

We waited until 12 weeks. But if you want to go ahead and announce then do it! Celebrate that sweet baby with everyone you love.

It’s so wonderful reading people’s success stories after a loss. It’s been so hard for me considering everyone around me is pregnant but this has been great reading up on these stories . Congratulations. Af due Monday for me and hoping she does not come. 2nd month after miscarriage took 5 months the first time!
