i started taking the only birthing class offered in my area 3 weeks ago (driving an hour to get to this one). I am really disappointed in the classes is more of a pregnancy class, not what i expected. the first 2 hour class was about dental hygiene the 2nd class about eating right. only one class out of the 6 is supposed to be about labor and delivery. so i need help finding something online that will teach breathing and lamaz techniques. I only have 6 weeks left so it needs to be quicker. i just want to be somewhat prepared! thank you!
