Been cramping since 10/18 so all today and tonight I’ve been using tampons in prep for period. Haven’t started bleeding yet, which is weird because they’ve been consistent cramps for so long, usually I would’ve started at least by midday. But the tampons are pretty much bone dry if not a little sticky when I take them out so I figured the lack of CM means AF has to be coming soon right?! But then then I wondered if it was only dry because I’m using tampons....

So what’s the answer? Would a tampon still be mostly dry if you were producing CM?
