About my cat!!!

This has nothing to do with periods but I have no one else to talk to my cat has been getting these wounds on his head at first I thought my other cat had bit him so I took him to the vets it all cleared up got rid of my other cat and now my cat has wounds all over his head just like the one I thought was a cat bite anyone have any idea what this could be or what caused it
