Rash on my baby’s eye?

Anyone know what this is? It’s been there on and off since birth and the doctors have never mentioned it?

Im not sure, but by baby had a few issues with his eye and the doctor said to put a few drops of breastmilk in it a few times a day. It would always resolve in a day or two.. You can try it cant hurt

Same with my daughter. Been there since day1 and ped said it will go away over time

My daughter has the same thing. It’s not really a rash,  the skin is just thinner.

My son has had the same thing since he was born and his doctor doesn’t seem to be concerned. She said it would eventually clear up.
