Is anyone going through this currently? Itching started earlier this week and it's super bad on my hands, I had a blood draw done yesterday and now I'm just twiddling my thumbs for "probably 5 days" trying not to obsessively itch everything, this sucks and I'm super worried

My OB told me to take Benadryl but I've never taken it before and idk how I feel about it, does it even help? Showers and lotions aren't helping (tried dove baby for sensitive skin)
