I don't know what to do.

I got a positive bfp for clear blue digital on Saturday saying I was 1-2 weeks then on Sunday night I got some mild cramps and now on Tuesday (today) I'm bleeding what looks like a normal period. I don't know what to think, I've been for the blood test this morning to check my levels and will have another test on Thursday to see if they double. Im panicking for the worse ?
