I get these from jewelry and sunglasses brands, sometimes clothing brands, pretty often. Some of them it could be worth it, for a discount code or a kickback, but many of them just want you to promote for them in exchange for free or discounted products.

I got something like this before. It was just a boutique who wanted me to wear their clothes and post pictures. They give you a 50% off code for the clothes but you don’t get paid.
