I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I am having upper abdominal pains. It is like sharp pains in my upper stomach and I had some pain right above my belly button..then I would get random sharp pains lower where I would think my uterus is. Should I go to the hospital since my Ob’s office isn’t open? Could it be gas? I have no spotting or anything and I’m not nauseated or sick feeling. I will say I was really hungry and it was past my lunch time...I just ate and the pains are lingering lightly. I feel him kicking and heard his heartbeat on my Doppler. I don’t know what I should do.
