I’ll be 30 weeks tomorrow.

The other night I had 15 minutes or so worth of intense period like cramps, that radiated into my hips and down my legs. Afterwards I felt 10x heavier and sore in my belly.

Today I’m feeling like crap again, those same period like pains, pain in my upper thighs and hips, diarrhea.. plus my babies movements haven’t been consistent at all

When should I worry about this? Should I get it checked out?

Also I really don’t want an ER bill, but haven’t gotten far enough along to know where labor and delivery is and when I should go there..
