Why can't I just stay pregnant?

After my first miscarriage my best friend said well at least you know you can get pregnant!

Well yea but I can't seem to stay pregnant... this time we decided to not tell anyone we were pregnant just in case I did miscarry. And unfortunately we were right not to because my body just can't seem to hold onto these little ones!! 😣😭

Sorry sometimes you just have to vent.
