Has anyone tried using these products?

I'm on metformin currently I'm looking into taking something a little more natural, since taking the metformin and sprintec (a form of birth control) my cycle has been coming like clock work but since the very end of Sept.i have not taken either medication my cycle is supposed to come in a few days however if it doesn't I'll start taking myo-inositol I heard and read reviews it does help your AF come naturally as well.....But have any ladies ever had any success with either of these products? I need answers asap lol
