Post partum must haves???

Any and all must haves!! From what kind of nursing bra you loved to your favorite midnight snack to keep you going! Help guide me experienced mamas! ❤️

Adult diapers were a life saver for me, that numbing spray and a squeeze bottle to rinse your bits. Soft comfy pants, and I sat on a donut pillow because I had a ton of stitches.

A nice water bottle that keeps your water cold, comfy robe, mesh undies and pads, ibuprofen, nipple cream, nursing pads, nursing tanks (I like the ones from target), extra battery for your phone and headphones (for those nights when baby is clusterfeeding and you want to watch Netflix), freezer meals or delivery menus.

Nursing pajamas/night gowns are the best! Someone gifted me some and they are so handy! A cup with a straw for when you are nursing. I didn't use the big pads except for a couple of days and the only other thing I used was the peri bottle.

Tucks pads and a donut pillow are a must. My bleeding was only heavy the first two days in the hospital and they gave me huge maternity pads and mesh underwear I wore. After that I wore regular underwear with over night pads so I never needed adult diapers

I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and the things that helped were 
tucks pads (at first but I got annoyed with them moving so easily).  
Dermoplast helped the first couple of days. 
The peri bottle was super helpful. 
If you have more than one bathroom get enough items for each bathroom. 
Ice packs or frozen vegetables to sit on. 
Epson salt for baths. 
Earth Mama spray. 
Postpartum tummy belt.
Colace for the dreaded #2s.

The tucks pads felt sooooo good and cold even if you don’t get any hemorrhoids just use them! The hospital pads honestly made my butt hurt and put a lot of pressure on places because they were so big so I bought some regular heavy flow pads from the store and used the mesh underwear from the hospital. The dermoblast was okay, I liked the cooling sensation but I forgot to use it most of the time. The peri bottle was a must, I took 2 home and kept one in my diaper bag for when I was out. I got a long button up sleep shirt from target and that was super helpful for nursing and I got nursing bras from amazon a pack of 3 for like $12 and they do the job. I would get either a pair of high waisted good quality leggings for your tummy or a belly band I feel it helped me feel normal again way faster especially going out in public. I don’t have any nursing tanks or shirts I just wear regular tank tops and pull the strap down.

All I wore for the first month was nothing but panties & a sports bra lol. My must haves where pads, hair clip, lots of meat because I lost half my blood from hemorrhaging after giving birth & had a blood transfusion. They still sent me home anemic & on a strict diet of meat as well as iron pills. Lol my must haves are terrible 😂 I have the worst luck.
