My labia right above my clit area feel so sore.😭 I was masturbating with the water faucet and came really hard then I've been sore ever since. What should I do?

I’ve felt this way before. It usually hurts for a day or two but then it feels better. I would just try to be more gentle next time and be gentle with what you do/wear while it hurts
