I need some advice and maybe stories about bringing the baby home and meeting the dog?

I'm not worried about her being aggressive or hurting him. But, she is 2 1/2 years old and has been with us since 8 weeks old so she's been our only child. I am worried about her begging for attention. She gets vocal when she wants it. She'll sit her head on my lap and and whine then bark in my face. I'm worried that when I hold my son she'll bark in his face.

Anybody have a furbaby like this? Needs attention because she's always been the center of it? How did you handle it? How did you break them of it?
