Any one else’s partner just not care? :(

He’s being a real dick st the moment he has NO idea how hard pregnancy is and literally mocks me saying ooh I’m a pregnant woman who wants sympathy like wtf!! It’s really starting to get to me he dosent help around the house at all I’m constantly cooking and cleaning and I’m working too and he has the nerve to say he works harder I shouldn’t complain 😩 what the heck can I say to make him understand ?!?

I’ve seen some of my friends husbands behave that way. They tend to look down on women in general....
It’s as if they BELIEVE women exist to absorb the less glamorous aspects of domestic and family life (because of original sin? Or is it because it suits them 🤔). Their ego makes them believe their work is more “respectable”. Therefore they get to work less like some kind of like a caste system with them sitting comfortably atop like some king (w/o king money 😂). 
Oddly enough that mindset has evolved to include expecting the mother to contribute financially, while not skipping a beat at home with dinner, cleaning, changing diapers etc.
These are the same guys who will never forget that one girl they know who snapped back right away or the mother they had that spoiled them rotten while making their sisters do all the housework.
Now me being the loud feminist that I am - my husband knew from the get go that shit would not fly! He sees me being pregnant as doing a favor to him and tries to make it up to me every day for the physical sacrifice I make carrying our child. 
If someone doesn’t want to change or was raised a certain way, there’s only so much you can do :(

yup me too. my husband is not a touchy feely person so has no emotions (mostly due to 3 tours and all the shit he has seen) but he doesn’t want to touch my stomach doesn’t understand any of the stress i’m going through. i do all the cleaning and cooking and laundry. and he said just cause your pregnant doesn’t mean your dead. and then some days he gets it but still doesn’t want to feel our son kick or y’all to him.

And doesn't it just make you feel so lonely in your own family home? Because he doesnt bloody understand how hard it is. Ive been compared to weight lifting full time working well put together pregnant women. I am none of those things, apart from pregnant!

My husband likes to say “but there are women who are still working full time or have other kids they take care of” ... so I’m not allowed to be tired and unproductive? 🙄 I could smack him sometimes

Same situation, I've complained and he says you're not even that big... wtf the size doesn't matter! This pregnancy has been hard since the beginning.  It'd just be  if he heard me out, tried to understand and helped out a little!

Yeah mines just doesn’t understand that I’m tired 24/7. I could sleep for 10 hours and still wake up exhausted. He just thinks I’m saying it for fun or something idk.
